If you'd like to work with animals when you're older you've come to the right place! We have lots of different jobs which involve close contact with animals. Here are just a few of them.

Inspector

RSPCA inspectors investigate cases of animal cruelty or neglect. Each day is different as the inspectors are sent wherever help is needed.

Veterinary surgeon

We have vets that work in our clinics or hospitals.They treat all sorts of animals from poorly pets to injured wildlife.

Animal care assistant

Animals that come to stay at our animal centres are cared for by animal care assistants. They clean, feed and spend time with the animals so that they are happy and healthy.

Wildlife assistant

A wildlife assistant does a similar job to an animal care assistant except that they look after wild animals instead of pets.
