Cali is a friendly 4 year old French Bulldog who is ready and looking for her forever home. 

Cali is a happy girl who is full of energy. She also has a very cuddly and affectionate side while in her foster home. She loves everyone that she meets, she can be a little boisterous but does soon calm down. She enjoys her walks and exploring places.

She adores playtime and could play for hours. Cali is an incredibly loving dog who adores being a lap dog and will always find a way to sit on your lap for a cuddle. She adores companionship and is a little shadow to her foster parents.

She is doing well with her basic training but will benefit from a home that will be able to go back to basics initially. She can get a little overstimulated when she hears other animals on the TV and with some shadows and reflections in the home whiich she fixates on. This is being worked on in her foster home but may take a step back while moving into a new home.

Cali has undergone BOAS surgery to open up her nares and airways and has recovered well. This has improved her breathing but new adopters will need to be aware of monitoring her exercise and play.

Cali would be able to live with sensible children over the ages of 10 years. She would be best as the only dog in the home as she can be guardy around her food and toys with other dogs. She can be left on her owne for short periods of time.
