The public consultation

We’re currently exploring plans for a new RSPCA centre at Mossley Hall Farm. Every day, our frontline teams respond to reports of animals most in need of care. Many of these cases involve heartbreaking cruelty and neglect.

Today, animals are facing growing challenges. Increasing levels of cruelty and neglect are placing pressure on our specialist rescue and care teams, particularly in the North West.

This consultation is your opportunity to find out more about the proposals, ask questions and share your views before a planning application is submitted.

We want to understand what matters to you and make sure your feedback helps shape the proposals.
