In 2012, JB and his family set up a farm in the Kent countryside and ever since, JB has been passionate about sharing and educating children about the origins of their food and farm life. He is a presenter of shows including the CBeebies series Down On The Farm, Channel 5's 'On The Farm' series and Cooking with the Gills. Passion for farm and domestic animals

JB became a Vice President in 2023 but has been a keen supporter of the RSPCA for over a decade and is a great advocate for animal welfare and rescue. He cares for many animals on his farm including his rescue dog Nala and cat Nitro. He rescued his first pig, Ginger, from RSPCA after visiting one of our rescue centres to look for a dog to adopt! JB has since represented the RSPCA at 2023 Charity Awards, played a part in our collaborative Pet Education Partnership work and supported us with numerous events and campaigns; his passion for farm animals and domestic animals shining through.

We are so pleased to have JB as one of our Vice Presidents and are excited for him to help support both the RSPCA and RSPCA Assured.

"I'm so pleased and honoured to be welcomed into the RSPCA family as one of its Vice Presidents! Animals are a huge part of my life so I'm really happy that I get to be a part of this wonderful charity full of amazing people that help them everyday. I can't wait to get involved."
